Since meeting the Russian naturopath Boris Vodokov in 2001, my passion for massage therapy began. Under his guidance, I learned fundamental techniques and specialized through advanced training in sports massages, manual therapy, Ayurveda, bamboo massages, and hot stone massages. Additionally, I completed courses in Reiki and kinesiology taping.
