My Background & Passion

My passion for massage therapy began in 2001 after meeting the Russian alternative practitioner Boris Vodokov. Under his guidance, I learned fundamental techniques and later specialized through advanced training in sports massages, manual therapy, Ayurveda, bamboo massages, and hot stone massages. In addition, I completed courses in Reiki and Kinesiology Taping.

My love for sports such as Kempo Karate, ski touring, rafting, and whitewater kayaking, as well as my own rehabilitation experience after injuries, have deepened my knowledge of the human body.
